WHAT HAPPENS AFTER A REPORT IS SUBMITTED?

Once  a report has been submitted, our administrators will look through the report and decide to publish it on the website. Unapproved reports will not be visible on the home page. The approval process mainly consists of checking whether the report’s content is relevant for the scope of this website, it does not check whether the content of the reports is true. If approved, the report becomes visible for all visitors of the website.

Besides approval, the administrators may also list a report as “verified”. This means that the content of the report has been verified as being reliable. Please note that due to the type of reporting received, in most cases, the administrators will not verify the content of the information submitted, but will only approve (or not approve) based on the type of reporting concerned.

WHAT INFORMATION SHOULD BE INCLUDED?

The reports can take on various forms: written text, pictures, videos, scanned local media articles, links to media sites, etc.

It is obligatory to clearly indicate the name of the location, as detailed as possible.

We recommend YOU  to choose a title for the report that explains as clearly as possible what is within the report.

Reports will be preferably in English, but as long as it is possible to be verified by one of our administrators, other languages will also be accepted.
